Our Journey
From Biotech and Pharma Pain Points to Purpose-Built AI
AINGENS was founded by Dr. Ome Ogbru, PharmD, after years working across biotech and pharma medical, scientific, and communication roles. He repeatedly encountered limited resources and overextended teams; long, expensive software development cycles that never quite fit real-world workflows; generic AI tools that produced “garbage outputs” or couldn't be used safely with confidential content.
These experiences shaped the vision for AINGENS: build Evidence-First AI workspaces that directly address the day-to-day pain points of medical writers, medical affairs teams, pharmacists, biotech scientists, and clinical researchers.
Dr. Ogbru assembled a team of experienced software engineers and industry subject-matter experts to design platforms that feel like they were built from inside the workflow—not bolted on from the outside.
