MACg stands for Medical Affairs Content Generator. 

MACg is an AI-Powered platform designed for life science professionals and companies. It uses the latest OpenAI GPT plus other advanced technologies to provide a comprehensive solution for scientific content generation. 

Its core features are:

MACg uses the same AI model as ChatGPT. 

However, the MACg AI model has additional instructions that allow it to work with the other components in MACg to develop scientific content. 

MACg’s features include:

MACg credits represent computational resources used to generate content, search results, and other outputs. 

Each plan has a fixed number of MACg credits that reset monthly but are not cumulative. If you use the allotted amount of credits you can purchase additional MACg credits. Purchased MACg credits do not expire. If you run out of credits the system will stop processing until you purchase more credits or your plan resets.

MACg has enterprise grade security. It has a comprehensive suite of security features to protect user data and ensure compliance with industry standards, including GDPR and SOC 2. Your data is not used to treat AI models. Here’s how your data and content are secured:

1. Cloud Infrastructure Security

The application is hosted on AWS Cloud, leveraging its advanced security protocols, including data encryption, identity and access management, and network security.

2. Perimeter Security

It's firewall guards against unauthorized access, filtering incoming traffic, and mitigating threats such as DDoS attacks, thereby safeguarding the application from external vulnerabilities.

3. Data Encryption

MACg utilizes the latest TLS encryption protocols to secure data in transit, ensuring that all communications between users and the application are encrypted and protected from interception.

4. Isolated Team Spaces

Upon registration, each user is assigned to a personal team space, creating isolated environments for data management. Each team has its dedicated collections ensuring that data is compartmentalized and access is restricted to authorized members only.

5. Controlled API Access

Protocols are in place to prevent unauthorized access to the API from other clients. This minimizes the risk of cross-site request forgery attacks, ensuring that only legitimate clients can interact.

6. Secure File Storage and Sharing

User-uploaded files are processed in the background and stored securely within the designated team spaces. Users can manage file permissions, sharing files with team members only when explicitly authorized. This feature enhances collaborative security while maintaining strict access controls.

The application employs a fully configured and automated CI/CD pipeline, ensuring that code deployments are secure and efficient. Importantly, no credentials are hardcoded in the source code, mitigating the risk of credential leakage.

They can permanently delete their team or account, ensuring that all personal information is removed from the system when requested.
